Spiced Pecans |

Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Pecans
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions:
1st bowl
- Sift Sugar Salt & Cinnamon
2nd Bowl
- Beat Egg White & Water until frothy.
- But not stiff
- Pour Pecans into egg white
- Stir Until Coated
- Then Add Sugar Mixture
- Coat Well
Baking:
- Spread on Cookie Sheet
- Bake 300 for 45 minutes
- Rotate every 15 minutes
- When finished baking remove pecans
- And spread on Wax paper to cool
